Foundation in Architecture & Design

The team’s roots trace back to Oklahoma City, where Andrea’s journey began within a large corporate facilities department. That experience laid the foundation for understanding how companies operate at their best, providing valuable insight into the inner workings of an in-house design team. This background equipped NUVŪ with a deep understanding of landlord services, BOMA standards, and the complexities of remodeling buildings over 30,000 square feet, all while managing employee records, security access, office space planning, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) requirements. These early experiences became essential tools, giving NUVŪ a comprehensive perspective on how organizations of all sizes function and how thoughtful design supports their operations.
